1) CORP метод проведения торгов, при котором предлагаемая цена актива постепенно снижается до тех пор, пока не будет дано ответное предложение (bid), после чего актив продается
2) SWIFT действие, предпринимаемое участником, желающим приобрести определенную ценную бумагу. Существующим владельцам данной ценной бумаги предлагается подать свои предложения цены (в определенных пределах) по которой они согласны продать свои бумаги; сторона, желающая приобрести бумаги, покупает их у продавцов, предложивших наиболее выгодные условия
